Ambi Pack is a leading CDMO in food supplements in the Netherlands, based near Rotterdam. Ambi Pack has a leading expertise in food supplements with the medical device certification, as well as in galenic forms such as sachets, sticks, as well as liquid caps. Its client base comprises leading Dutch food supplement brands and drugstore chains, as well as several German brands. 45% of its products are sold in Germany, which is the second food supplements market in Europe.

Kumulus & Emendo conducted an in-depth target search in Belgium and the Netherlands identifying and contacting a large number of acquisition targets, and advising the buyer along the process resulting in the acquisition of Ambi Pack.
