In September 2024, AXI a leading Belgian IT service provider, backed by Strada Partners, entered into a strategic partnership with Spikes NV.
Spikes will become the best-in-class Microsoft Cloud competence center within the AXI group, an offering that is complementary to the existing offer of AXI. Spike specializes in digital transformation, workspace, and collaboration. All backed by Microsoft technology and with a cloud-first approach.

Kumulus Partners organized the entire sale process, focusing on attracting investors, managed the due diligence, and negotiated the terms of the partnership, ensuring a successful outcome.
