Founded in Belgium in 1974, BOMA is a market-leading developer and distributor of sustainable cleaning products, machines and hygiene solutions for the professional market. BOMA has an extensive product portfolio which ranges from hygiene paper, disposable materials, detergents and disinfectants to cleaning equipment, including scrubber-dryers and robotics. BOMA, headquartered in Antwerp, through local offices throughout the Benelux and France supplies business-to-business (“B2B”) clients in these markets with own branded products (‘BOMA’ and ‘Greenspeed’) as well as third-party brands.
Kumulus Partners provided comprehensive buy side M&A advisory services to IK Partners, and successfully guided them to becoming the winning bidder in a competitive auction process. IK Partners acquires a majority stake alongside BOMA’s management team.
