Kumulus Partners acted as exclusive M&A adviser to Cobepa in the acquisition of a majority stake in Itineris.
Itineris, a Ghent based international software company, provides leading ERP/CIS solutions for water and energy utilities in Europe and the US. Cobepa acquired a majority stake in the business, alongside a management reinvestment, from selling shareholders Gimv, Smartfin, Alychlo, PMV, founders and management.
Kumulus Partners introduced Cobepa to the deal opportunity and provided M&A advisory services to Cobepa throughout an auction procedure with successful outcome.
