Argos Wityu is an independent European private equity group with over 30 years of experience supporting complex transactions in medium sized companies. Argos has raised eight funds with assets under management of more than €1.4billion.
For the eighth fund, Argos Wityu targeted to raise €650m in investor commitments, continuing its Mid Market strategy of investing European companies with an enterprise value between €25 and €250 million.
While Argos has a wide range of institutional investors which participated in previous funds, the team wanted specifically to also attract a range of entrepreneurial families in Argos Wityu VIII. Kumulus Partners assisted the fund in its fundraising in Belgian, introducing the investment opportunity within the contact network of Kumulus.
