AG Insurance, Belgium’s largest insurance group, signed an agreement with Koninklijke Belgische Touring Club to acquire Groep Autoveiligheid, which was part of the Touring Group since 2013. Groep Autoveiligheid is a regulated group which operates vehicle inspection centres and driver’s licence exam centres in Flanders where it has a market leading position.
