Kumulus Partners acted as the exclusive financial adviser of Prodata Systems and its shareholders in the sale to Belgian ICT provider NRB and Prodata’s management, who significantly reinvest alongside NRB in the transaction. The acquisition enables Prodata to offer a broader portfolio of services to a larger group of customers, while NRB gains valuable expertise in network solutions, cybersecurity and data centre management.
Prodata Systems specialises in the design, implementation and maintenance of network solutions, on-site data centre management and cybersecurity. It is active in the private and public sectors. Among its clients are the Federal Police, the Ministry of Defense, the NMBS, Brussels Airport, AG Insurance and P&V. It also is a market leader in the digitisation of hospital operating theatres.
Kumulus Partners advised the shareholders and management in this transaction: Kumulus Partners handled all contacts with NRB, managed the entire due diligence process and led the negotiations with NRB, both on the terms of the sale as on the conditions of the reinvestment of Prodata’s management.
