Kumulus Partners acted as the exclusive financial adviser of the shareholders of Trustteam – private equity fund Naxicap Partners and Trustteam’s founder & CEO Stijn Vandeputte and management – in the sale of the company to private equity fund Ardian. Stijn Vandeputte and Trustteam’s management reinvest alongside Ardian in the transaction.
Kumulus Partners ran an auction process in which several financial and industrial investors bid for control of the company. It managed the entire due diligence process and led the negotiations with Ardian, both on the terms of the sale as on the conditions of the reinvestment of Trustteam’s management.
