Kumulus Partners acted as advisor to Syclef in its entry into the Belgian market through the investment in Calis Projects.
Syclef is a pan-european group specialised in the installation and maintenance of commercial and industrial refrigeration, and air conditioning solutions. The group is organised as a federation of enterprises which support local teams in providing outstanding customer service. This appealed to the shareholders of Calis who have chosen to join this project.
Kumulus was responsible for initiating the contact with Calis and assisting Syclef throughout the negotiations to come to a successful transaction.
