VDMI consists of two companies, Van Dam Bodegraven and Multifill, located in Bodegraven and Mijdrecht. Kumulus Partners and Emendo Capital managed the buyer contacts, the entire due diligence process and led the negotiations with Active Capital Company, both on the terms of the sale as on the conditions of the reinvestment.
